You must be of legal smoking age to own, use, or possess any VanVal products.  

VanVal products are not intended to treat, prevent, diagnose, or cure any disease.  

VanVal products are not intended for pregnant women, women who are nursing, pets, persons with or at risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, or those on medication for depression or anxiety.  Keep out of reach of children and pets. VanVal products can present a choking hazard if left within reach of children or pets.  

Do not use VanVal products if you are sensitive or allergic to nicotine, vegetable glycerin, or propylene glycol.

Nicotine is a highly toxic, highly addictive, and habit forming.  Avoid nicotine contact with skin and eyes.  Nicotine is highly toxic if swallowed.  The lethal dose (LD50) of nicotine is estimated to be between 30mg-60mg for an adult human and is even less for children and pets.  Symptoms of nicotine poisoning according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine include abdominal cramps, agitation, restlessness, excitement, burning sensation in mouth, coma, confusion, convulsions, depression, difficulty breathing, drooling, fainting, headache, muscle twitching, fast and pounding heartbeat followed by slow heart rate, rapid breathing, stopped breathing, vomiting, and weakness.  If any of these symptoms are experienced seek medical attention and call the Poison Control Hotline immediately (1-800-222-1222).

If e-Liquid gets in contact with eyes, rinse eyes immediately with water and seek medical attention.  If e-Liquid contacts skin wash skin immediately with soap and cold water.

VanVal products may be poisonous if orally ingested.  If nicotine is orally ingested, seek medical attention immediately.  

VanVal products are not a smoking cessation product, and are not marketed, tested, or guaranteed as such.

VanVal e-Liquid containers and e-Liquid and nicotine contained within must be disposed of in a safe manner.  Before disposing of VanVal e-Liquid bottles, rinse out bottles thoroughly with water, recap the bottles, and then proceed to dispose of the bottles.  

Any e-Liquid may contain small amounts of carcinogens normally found in tobacco products. To date amounts detectable in some e-liquid brands are not quantifiable.  Some, all, or none of the same carcinogens found in FDA approved smoking cessation products may also be found in trace amounts of some e-liquids sold from VanVal.
